1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the website of InnoTech Experts and the registration for the newsletters offered.
1.2. The website and newsletters are operated by InnoTech Experts, Universitätsstr. 30, 47051 Duisburg, Germany.
Use of the Website
2.1. Job advertisements are published on the website, filling open vacancies for clients. These job advertisements are freely accessible and free of charge for visitors to the website.
2.2. Additionally, blog posts on various topics are published on the website. Interested readers can subscribe to a monthly newsletter to receive an overview of the published posts, including a brief summary.
2.3. Companies and decision-makers have the option to subscribe to a weekly newsletter containing a brief overview of anonymized candidates.
Newsletter Registration
3.1. Newsletter registration is free of charge and is done through a double opt-in procedure. After registration, the user will receive a confirmation email to verify the registration.
3.2. An unsubscribe link is included in every newsletter, allowing users to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

6.2. Users will be informed of changes to the GTC in a timely manner. The amended terms will be communicated to the user by email. If the user does not object to the amended terms within 14 days of receiving the notification, the amended terms will be considered accepted.
Final Provisions
7.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
7.2. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
7.3. The place of jurisdiction is Duisburg, the seat of InnoTech Experts.
